Entertainment Services Disclaimer

Updated July 31, 2026

Important limits concerning creative outcomes, audience behavior, venues, safety, third parties, and excluded regulated activities.

This page explains what entertainment planning and coordination can reasonably provide—and what remains outside the service or outside our control.

01

Creative and Coordination Services Only

Lumistage Media provides entertainment program planning, creative concept development, interactive audience activity support, hosting preparation, and event coordination. These services assist a client in organizing an experience but do not transfer control of the venue, attendees, vendors, or overall event operation to us.

02

No Guarantee of Results

Events involve subjective preferences and conditions beyond any planner’s control. We do not guarantee attendance, audience participation, applause, satisfaction, publicity, social engagement, sales, donations, revenue, brand recognition, employee morale, media coverage, or any other particular result.

Examples, concepts, mood references, and prior experience illustrate creative direction only. Every event, venue, audience, and program is different.

03

No Gambling, Betting, or Prize Competition Services

Our services do not include gambling, betting, wagering, lotteries, raffles, sweepstakes administration, paid-entry prize competitions, casino operation, or advice concerning gaming laws. An entertainment activity must not be presented as a gambling or betting service. The client is responsible for legal review of any promotion, prize, drawing, or contest it independently chooses to conduct.

04

No Ticket Resale, Artist Representation, Broadcasting, or Venue Operation

We do not resell tickets, act as a talent or artist agent, negotiate artist representation, operate an entertainment venue, provide broadcasting services, or hold ourselves out as the producer or promoter of an event unless a separate written agreement expressly states a lawful and properly licensed role.

05

No Professional Advice

Information and suggestions concerning scheduling, audience flow, accessibility, vendor coordination, or program design are practical planning observations and are not legal, medical, financial, tax, insurance, engineering, architectural, structural, security, or occupational-safety advice. The client must consult qualified professionals when those subjects are relevant.

06

Venue and Operational Responsibility

The venue and client remain responsible for premises control, capacity, permits, fire and emergency procedures, security, crowd management, medical response, food and alcohol service, accessibility, utilities, staging, electrical systems, and compliance with authority instructions. We may stop or alter our portion of a program if conditions appear unsafe or unlawful.

07

Audience Participation

Participation in audience activities should be voluntary, age-appropriate, respectful, and consistent with venue and organizational policies. Individual reactions vary. We are not responsible when a guest declines to participate, responds unexpectedly, arrives late, leaves early, or disregards reasonable instructions.

The client is responsible for communicating participation expectations and for identifying restrictions related to age, disability, health, employment, culture, religion, privacy, or organizational policy.

08

Physical and Health Considerations

Some recreational activities may involve movement, standing, sound, lighting, crowd interaction, or other ordinary event conditions. The client must identify known limitations and provide appropriate alternatives. We do not assess individual medical fitness and do not provide medical supervision.

09

Lighting, Sound, and Sensory Effects

Events may involve amplified sound, theatrical lighting, haze, projection, screens, or flashing effects supplied by the venue or technical vendors. The client and venue are responsible for required warnings, technical compliance, and reasonable accommodations. We do not control equipment operated by independent providers.

10

Minors

Services involving minors must be authorized and supervised by the responsible adult or organization. The client is responsible for safeguarding policies, parental permissions, background-check requirements, photography restrictions, and suitable content. We do not assume custody of a minor.

11

Alcohol and Guest Conduct

We do not provide alcohol service. Licensed venues and vendors are responsible for age verification, service limits, and alcohol compliance. The client is responsible for disruptive, intoxicated, abusive, discriminatory, or unsafe guest conduct and for arranging appropriate security.

12

Third-Party Services

Venues, performers, hosts, caterers, rental companies, audiovisual providers, transportation services, photographers, security personnel, software platforms, and other third parties operate independently unless expressly stated otherwise. We do not guarantee their availability, work, equipment, financial condition, or compliance.

13

Technical Failure and Schedule Disruption

Live events may experience delays, internet failure, power interruption, equipment malfunction, traffic, weather, vendor lateness, guest lateness, venue restrictions, or schedule compression. We will use reasonable efforts to adapt our services, but we are not responsible for circumstances outside our control.

14

Creative Judgment and Revisions

Creative work is subjective. We will work from the approved brief and use reasonable professional judgment. A difference in taste does not by itself establish defective performance. Revisions are limited to the scope and number stated in the project agreement.

15

Client-Provided Content and Rights

The client is responsible for the legality, accuracy, and rights status of names, logos, photos, music, videos, scripts, trademarks, testimonials, guest information, and other supplied content. We may rely on the client’s permission and may refuse questionable material.

16

Confidentiality and Public Events

We use reasonable care with confidential project information. However, information presented at a public or widely attended event may be observed, recorded, or shared by attendees and third parties. The client must implement access, device, recording, and confidentiality controls appropriate to its event.

17

Weather and Force Majeure

Outdoor or travel-dependent events are subject to weather and transportation risk. Government action, natural disaster, serious illness, public-health emergency, civil disturbance, utility failure, venue closure, or similar events may require modification, postponement, or cancellation. Financial treatment is governed by the project agreement and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

18

Limitation of This Disclaimer

This Disclaimer supplements and does not replace the Terms of Service, project agreement, Payment & Billing Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and Event Planning & Client Responsibilities. Nothing here excludes a warranty, duty, or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
